CM Yogi government is not giving any relaxation in lockdown

Amidst the nationwide lockdown and the outbreak of corona, the Uttar Pradesh government is not in favor of giving a slight waiver to the lockdown in view of growing coronavirus infection due to the people of Tablighi Jamaat in Uttar Pradesh and their close ones. In view of Corona cases, the UP government has decided not to give relief in lockdown.

For your information, let us tell you that in a meeting with CM Yogi Adityanath on Saturday, his core team has given input of more than two dozen district magistrates. In view of Ramadan, the state government will not give any relaxation in lockdown in any district. According to Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi, the situation of lockdown in Uttar Pradesh will remain the same. That is, at present till May 3, no big shops will be allowed in the state.

During the meeting with CM Yogi Adityanath, some officers of the core team gave the opinion that the situation is not very good right now. In such a situation, if a little relaxation is given, then the conditions on the corona in the state will be so bad that it will be difficult to handle. The officers argued that the state government was serious about the lockdown. The administration is also taking strict steps.
