HYDERABAD: Resulting from the extramarital relations led to brutal murder of a couple in Telangana's Adilabad district. The bodies of a 28-year-old married woman and her 19-year-old lover were found on Sunday in the Gudihathnoor mandal's Seethagondi village, which is part of the Garkampet panchayat. They were recognised as Ashwini and Mohammad Rehman, two Adilabad town residents. Assailants mercilessly murdered them by pelting their heads with stones. Although the couple has been missing since Friday, no police report of a missing person has been made. According to preliminary findings, Ashwini, a mother of two young children (under the age of eight), had adulterous affairs with Rehman. The pair is thought to have been slain the day they went missing, police said. Near the crime scene, their scooter was discovered. Police opened a case and moved the remains to the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Adilabad for an autopsy. The woman, who had been married to Ramesh and shared two children with him, had recently filed for divorce and was now residing with her parents in KRK Nagar in the town of Adilabad. She had started an adulterous relationship with Rehman, a local of the town's Bhuktapur area. Police believe that the couple was murdered by Ramesh's family. Police weren't questioning many suspects.
