This BJP MP got a big shock, court issued bailable warrant

The court has taken tough measures against many leaders. Under which the court has issued bailable warrants against eight leaders including BJP MP Rajendra Aggarwal. A copy of the warrant has also been sent to police and administration officials. Police say that all of them will have to appear before the court on February 6.

According to media reports, a case was registered against seven people under Section 188 and Public Representative Act in 2012 at Nauchandi police station, while a case was registered against former MLA Chandraveer Singh at Sardhana police station. Among the warrants issued from the court are BJP leader Rahul Thakur resident Jagriti Vihar, Meerut South MLA Dr. Somendra Tomar resident Shastrinagar, former MLA Amit Agrawal resident Shivaji Marg Civil line, MP Rajendra Agrawal resident Shastrinagar, BJP leader Dr. Charan Singh resident Village Lisadi, Varun Goyal, Neeraj Mittal resident F Block Shastri Nagar and Chandraveer Singh resident Daurala.

On this matter, former MLA Amit Aggarwal said that a meeting was going on inside the room at the Saraswati Shishu Mandir in Shastri Nagar, which was filed as a case of violation of election code of conduct. Though indoor meeting does not come in violation of election code of conduct but At that time, appointed officers of BSP government were posted in the state. Therefore, a case was filed. In this case, I and MP Rajendra Agarwal got bail and are appearing in regular court. Inspector Nauchandi Ashutosh Kumar says that bailable warrants have been issued from the court. Warrant notices have been sent. Their bail will be taken on the basis. But all of them will have to appear before the court on the due date.
