New Delhi: The growing cases of corona are surprising to everyone. Now, among all these, the Allahabad High Court has issued a new guideline. Under this new guideline, only and only necessary cases will be heard online. In fact, the court has taken this decision in view of the uncontrollable conditions of the corona. According to reports, the Allahabad High Court has decided to ban the functioning of regular courts in Lucknow and Allahabad. In fact, Chief Justice Govind Mathur has directed that 'special benches will be constituted only for special cases and new guidelines for functioning will be issued by the Registrar General.' Recently, the Registrar General's letter to the Allahabad High Court issued a directive by the Chief Justice stating, "keeping in view the recent spike in the number of cases of covid-19 in Prayagraj and Lucknow, the Administrative Committee of the High Court has resolved not to sit for regular courts from 5th April 2021 to 9th April 2021. During this period only special benches may be constituted for instant cases.'' Now, talking about the corona cases in UP, about 3,000 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 1 day. 16 people have died. So far, the total number of corona-infected in UP has crossed 6 lakh and section 144 has been imposed in Varanasi in view of the increasing corona case.
