Crispy Matar Masala Mathri is the best snack to serve with tea or coffee

Ingredients for Khasta Matar Mathri Namkeen: Green peas - 1 cup Green chilli-4 Flour - 1.5 cups Green Coriander - 2 table spoons (finely chopped) Black pepper - ½ teaspoon (reddish) Cumin-½ teaspoon Oregano-¼ teaspoon Salt - ¾ teaspoon or according to taste Oil- ¼ cup (Moline) + to fry  

Method - How to make Nimki with Green Peas:

Add peas and green chilies in the mixer jar and grind the mixture.

For the dough: Take the flour in a big bowl. Add the mixture of green chillies and peas, green coriander, black pepper, cumin, celery and salt in it.

To make the mathri: Dough is set and ready in 20 minutes. Smoothen the hands with a little oil on your hand. Take a little more muffle to the dough. Then, divide the dough into two parts.

Take a piece and make a big round made from this. Make it a bit thick like a paratha. To give a heart shape to the Mathris, take a heart-shaped cutter and put it on a flattened paratha and cut down the heart shaped mathris. Remove the excess dough and make it again by making it round and bolt and make it ready. After cutting the mathris, mark the bite with the help of forks so that the it become completely crispy and they do not bloom like whole.

Put them in the plate and keep them in the plate. To fry: Keep the oil warmed in the pan Put matris one by one in a light hot oil and see that the mathri is getting ready. Then, put all the mathris to fry. Keep the gas slower. Fry the mathris in such a way, until golden brown. Take out the fried mathris in a plate placed on the napkin paper. To remove excess oil from these. Serve these Crispi and Tasty Mathris with tea or coffee or at any time in the day as snacks.
