Over the last 24 hours, the global cryptocurrency market capitalisation increased by 3.77 percent to USD1.82 trillion, while trading volumes increased by 20.99 percent to USD94.86 billion. The total volume in the decentralised finance (DeFi) space was USD17.08 billion, accounting for approximately 18.01 percent of the 24-hour cryptocurrency trading volume. Stablecoins accounted for USD79.68 billion in total volume, accounting for 84 percent of the 24-hour cryptocurrency trading volume. On March 10, Bitcoin's market dominance increased by 0.86 percent to 43.17 percent, and the currency was trading at USD41,428.48. In rupee terms, Bitcoin increased 4.27 percent to Rs 32,36,608, while Ethereum increased 1.69 percent to Rs 2,11,117.8. Cardano increased 1.25 percent to Rs 65.12, while Avalanche increased 1.52 percent to Rs 6,053.005. Polkadot rose 0.82 percent to Rs 1,379.18 in the last 24 hours, while Litecoin rose 1.82 percent to Rs 8,294.87. Tether fell 0.49 percent to Rs 78.95. Memecoin SHIB increased 0.33 percent, while Dogecoin decreased 0.25 percent to Rs 9.38. Terra (LUNA) increased 7.29% to Rs 7,620.01.
