Deadly shooting in Colorado supermarket took 10 lives

On Monday, A deadly shooting took place at a Colorado supermarket. This shooting took life of 10 people including a police officer. This shooting took place in supermarket in Boulder, Colorado, and a suspect injured in the incident was arrested, authorities told a news conference. Boulder police Chief Maris Herold announced the death toll at a news conference Monday night, fighting back tears.

Officers had escorted a shirtless man with blood running down his leg out of the store in handcuffs but authorities would not say if he was the suspect. The officer who was killed was Eric Talley, 51, who had been with Boulder police since 2010, Herold said.
