Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and BJP MP Kirti Azad (suspended) are summoned over a criminal defamation case and today they will appear in front of a state court. The complaint is filed by the Delhi and District Cricket Association and its Vice-president Chetan Singh. On 7 February, the Court for delaying to file a response in the case fined both Mr. Kejriwal with Rs 10,000 while Mr. Azad with Rs 30,000. The court earlier noticed that their statements affected the reputation of the cricketing body and its officials.
