The Patiala House Court's order allowing former air chief S. P. Tyagi accused in the VVIP chopper scam case to travel to Indonesia yesterday has been stayed by the Delhi High Court. Justice I. S. Mehta today clearly said that Tyagi is facing trial in the case and also getting special treatment, adding that he may tamper the ongoing probe. He was granted bail in December 2015 in the case of the security of Rs two lakh.
