New Delhi: Disha Ravi, arrested in the toolkit case related to the farmers' protest, has not received any relief from the Delhi High Court. A petition was filed on behalf of Disha Ravi for leaking information related to the toolkit in the media. She demanded from the court that the facts related to the investigation should not be shared with the media. On Friday, the Delhi High Court refused to issue any interim order in this case. Delhi HC said during the hearing on Friday that all the parties will have to give their reply in this matter in a week. The next hearing, in this case, is going to be held on 17 March. The matter was also heard on Thursday, in which the court was told by the Delhi Police that there was no leakage from their side. The court had asked the Delhi Police to file an affidavit in this matter, which was filed on Friday. Disha Ravi will be presented in Delhi's Patiala House Court on Friday itself. Her remand period is coming to an end only on Friday, in which case the information about the inquiry will be given in the court by the police. Further remand can also be sought. In the toolkit case related to farmers' protest, Delhi Police arrested Disha Ravi from Bengaluru. She is a climate activist who is accused of editing the toolkit. Apart from Disha, Delhi Police wants to arrest Nikita Jacob, Shantanu in this case. However, both are currently relieved from arrest by the court.
