New Delhi: The case of three divorces of his wife in the absence of a son by a husband after 23 years of marriage in the capital city of De Sho has come to light. Now the aggrieved woman has approached Saket court for justice. The aggrieved woman, Huma Hashim, has claimed that she was married to Danish Hashim, a factory owner in Delhi, 23 years ago, and has two daughters of 20 and 18 years from Danish, but after so long, Danish has now expelled her from the house by triple talaq. Huma explained that Danish always wanted a son and many times he had compelled me to get an abortion. One day he was killing my daughter and when I tried to save her, Danish also kicked me and spit on me. He then gave me a triple talaq. The woman said that we tried to lodge a complaint, but the police did not take any note of it. We also asked him for alimony, but he did not give us anything. Huma alleged that even a month after the husband gave a triple talaq, the police did not register the FIR on the basis of his complaint on July 13.
