Big action on Tablighi Jamaat, Delhi Police to file charge sheet against 83 Jamaatis today

New Delhi: On Tuesday, Delhi Police will file a charge sheet against 83 foreign Jamaati of 20 countries in connection with the case of foreign Jamaatis who reached the program of Delhi-based Nizamuddin Markaz. These foreign deposits of Tabligi Jamaat are accused of violating visa rules. It is reported that these foreign Jamaatians came to India on tourist visas, but then Nizamuddin joined the religious activities going on in Markaz.

Delhi Police will file charge sheets against these 83 foreign tabliagi deposits in three different sections. Chargesheet will be filed against them under Section 14 Foreign Act and Epidemic Disease Act. Delhi Police has completed its interrogation of all foreign deposits. Many people said that they stayed after 20 March at the behest of Maulana Mohammad Saad, the head of the Tablighi Jamaat in Nizamuddin Markaz. Now the quarantine period of all foreign deposits has also ended. All these have been kept at various places.
