Candidates looking forward to a job at Delhi University are going to get a golden opportunity soon. For this, more than 3,900 teaching posts are vacant in colleges under Delhi University and more than 3000 teachers are currently working as Adhoc in place of those vacant posts. This information was given in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday.
This was stated by Union Minister of State for Education Subhash Sarkar in a written reply to a question in the House. "The total number of teaching posts in all colleges of Delhi University is 3,959 vacant and 3,047 teachers are currently working on an Adhoc basis for those vacant teaching posts," the government said.
