Potol Posto or Pointed Gourd is cooked in thick poppy seeds and coconut puree with red and green chillies that gives it a hot and rich taste.

The perfect amount of salt and sugar gives this beautiful dish a tangy yet fiery flavour.

INGREDIANTS:

10-12 potol/pointed guard

2 mediumsize aloo/potato

¼ cup posto/khus khus

2 green chillies

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt to taste(Accordingly)

2 tablespoon mustard oil
