New Delhi: Today, a move comes from opposition parties including congress, as they are ready to hit the streets against the strong decision taken by the Prime Minister Modi. Mainly three States including Kerala, Bengal and Tripura will be at halt on Monday. CPM, AAP, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Samajwadi Party (SP) and Trinamool Congress will be going to be a part of protest. While most of the parties had not called for a strike. Congress said that, “it had not called for a 'Bharat bandh' (shutdown) but only sought to observe 'Jan Aakrosh Diwas'by holding country-wide protests against the move.” Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu said, "Knowing the popular support to demonetisation, Congress has changed its tactics from calling for a countrywide bandh to Aakrosh rallies. It is clear that all this is aimed at finding space in the media as they have clearly lost out space in the debating forum of Parliament and the minds of the people".
