Dispute over staring at each other three youths fought, did this

Six youths clashed when they stared at each other in Amarpura Basti on Naruyana Road in Bathinda. After which three angry youths stabbed a young man in the stomach and killed him. The deceased was identified in the name of Sukhpal Singh alias Sunny (22) son Mithu Singh. The incident is said to have taken place late on Tuesday night. It has been learned that DSP City Gurjit Singh Romana said that police registered a murder case against three criminals Param Singh, Amandeep Singh, Sagar Singh resident Narayana Road Bathinda at Thana Canal.

According to reports, Sukhpal Singh alias Sunny was standing near the house with his friends Labbi and Mannu late on Tuesday night. Param Singh, Amandeep Singh, and Sagar Singh from the other side looked at them. This is what led to the fight between all the young men. Meanwhile, Param Singh, Amandeep Singh, and Sagar Singh stabbed Sukhpal Singh in the stomach and all the youths fled the spot.

As soon as the incident came to know about it, people nearby admitted Sukhpal to a civil hospital in a critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries amid treatment. As soon as the incident was detected, DSP City Gurjit Singh along with Romana police party rushed to the spot and took stock of the incident. DSP City said police have registered a case of murder against accused Param Singh, Amandeep Singh, and Sagar Singh on the statement of Mithu Singh, father of the deceased youth. Police sources said police have arrested Param Singh and Amandeep Singh though it is yet to be officially confirmed.
