Do little experiment and make Pineapple Raita

You must have eaten Bundi Raita, now try Pineapple Raita. It can be served as a Sweet dish after eating.

Ingredients are required:

500 grams of curd, 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoon green coriander leaves finely chopped, 1/2 teaspoon roast cumin powder, salt to taste.

Method:

First, cut 100 grams of pineapple into small pieces and make smoot paste with the help of mixer. Take 100 grams of pineapple and cut them into small pieces. Put the pan on the gas and add the pulp of pineapple and sugar, stirring continuously with the spoon.

After that, put the pieces of chopped pineapple into the pan. Turn off the gas after cooking for few minutes. Take it out in a plate and let it cool down.

After cooling, add it in a frozen curd. Simultaneously put salt and a little coriander and mix well until all the ingredients are mixed. You can also pour a little bit of roasted cumin powder over the prepared raita.
