Red slays The study published in the Journal says, "generally, wearing red colour makes both men and women more charming to the opposite sex."
Red means dominance According to the study, when men wear red, it sends signals of dominance to others, particularly on the opposite sex and that in turn makes them more engaging than ever.
Red is equal to the attraction The researchers made some UG girls look at a black-and-white picture of a man upon either a red or white background, and then measured the man's attractiveness. The man was rated significantly more charming when he was pictured against the red background.
Red means more money “We found that women view men in red as higher in status, more likely to make money and more likely to climb the social ladder. And it’s this high-status judgment that leads to the attraction,” says an expert.
Red implies sexy The researchers also found that men wearing red were considered as more attractive, powerful and sexually desirable.
