A new version of the Pinaka rocket system off the coast of Odisha was successfully tested by the DRDO on november 4, 2020 says the organization. The principle military research organisation said a total of six rockets were launched in rapid succession and the tests satisfactorily met "complete mission objectives". This Pinaka rockets have a greater range of around 37 km.
