Earthquake of 5.1 magnitude shaked Tibet

Beijing: Today, An earthquake of 5.1 magnitude striked Litang County, Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze, in southwest China’s Sichuan Province.

The earthquake took place at 1:23 a.m. Beijing Time, reports China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

An epicentre with a depth of 16 km was observed at 30.10 degrees north latitude and 99.61 degrees east longitude.

There were no direct reports of damage or injuries.
