Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Onions - 1
Capsicum - 1
Chilli Sauce - 2 Table spoon
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 Table spoon
Garlic - 1 tspoon
Ginger - 1 tspoon
Green onion - 1 Table spoon
Green Chilli
Tomato Sauce - 1 Table spoon
Salt - according to the taste

Method:
Put soya chunks in hot water and soak for 3-4 minutes. Then squeeze the soya from water and put it in a bowl. Now add cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix it well and keep it in the side for 10 minutes.
Cut the onions and green chilies finely. Cut capsicum into a bigger piece.
Now add 1 spoon of oil to the pan and add soya and fry them lightly.
Put oil in the same pan and heat it. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic and roast it. After that, add finely chopped onion and green chilli and cook it. Now add capsicum and cook for 1 minute. Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and mix well. Now add 1/4 cup water and cook until gravy is cooked. Now put soya bean in it and cook for 1 minute. Now add the finely chopped green onion and turn off the gas. Hot soya Munchurians are ready.
