Eating this one (very surprising) food forces you to thinner

Through telephone interviews, dietary data were collected with regards to the healthiness of 9.319 people all Italian regions. The idea that eating Pasta will make you fat is a myth - and quite the reverse is true, say scientists. Research discovered that  unlike popular values  eating lots of spaghetti can help to eliminate Body mass index (bmi).

Professor Licia Iacoviello, from the Institute for Research, Hospitalisation and Healthcare (I.R.C.C.S.) Neuromed in Pozzilli in Italia, stated.

 “In popular sights pasta is frequently considered not sufficient when you wish to shed weight. The research printed in Diet and Diabete checked out over 23,000 people employed in 2 large epidemiological surveys in Italia known as Moli-sani Project and INHES.

“And many people completely ban it using their foods. Considering these studies, we are able to say this isn’t a proper attitude.”
