Elections will be held in Madhya Pradesh from this day

New Delhi: For the past several days, growing anger about CAA and NRC has increased so much that it is not taking the name of pause. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on Monday a petition filed against the CAA demanding the removal of the dharna going on in Delhi's Shaheen Bagh. This picket has been going on since December and the case in the court is also pending for a long time. In view of the Corona epidemic crisis, a new petition was filed in the court last week. The petition demanded the removal of Shaheen Bagh with immediate effect. The top court will hear the matter on Monday.

According to the information received from the sources, the Madras High Court had ordered on Friday on a similar petition, like the new petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the sit-in demonstration. The High Court had banned all the sit-in demonstrations till the Corona epidemic continued. In the Supreme Court, the hearing of the Shaheen Bagh case is being conducted by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice KM Joseph. For this, the office of the Chief Electoral Officer has started preparations. In-charge Chief Electoral Officer Aran Kumar Tomar said that the district election officers (collectors) have been instructed to get the voter list and polling station tested. If there is a need to increase the center or change the location, then send a proposal so that action can be taken within the time limit with the permission from the Election Commission.
