Elon musk launches Robotix car, know what will be special in it

Tesla CEO Elon Musk recently introduced his new innovative vehicles, Robotaxi and Robovan, during an event in California. The event was named We, Robot. Musk clarified on this occasion that Tesla is not just an automaker but an AI robotics company, which is working on future technologies.

The future of robotaxi

Elon Musk said that the production of robots can start in 2026. The price of this vehicle can be less than $30,000, which is equivalent to about Rs 25 lakh in Indian currency. The main purpose of robotaxi is to create an autonomous vehicle which will have neither a steering wheel nor pedals.

During the event, Musk traveled in the robotaxi and also showed it for a test drive. He said that necessary approvals would have to be obtained before it can be produced, which could take some time.

Introduction to Robotvan

At the event, Elon Musk also introduced Robovan. 20 people can travel in this robot bus at a time. It can also be used for transportation. Musk said that if a sports team needs to be taken somewhere, then this vehicle can be an excellent option.

It will only cost 5 to 10 cents to travel a mile in a Robovan, making it very economical. Like a robotaxi, the Robovan will also not have a steering wheel.

Travel Experience

While sitting in both these vehicles, it feels like they are moving at a little height from the ground. This experience will be very unique for the passengers. During this event, Musk also underlined the importance of these new vehicles designed by him, which will give a new direction to transportation in the future.

Step towards the future

This event by Elon Musk is a sign that Tesla is moving forward and not just manufacturing cars but is also working on entirely new and advanced modes of transportation. With Robotaxi and Robovan, Tesla has proven that they are moving one step further in the field of technological innovation.
