Sagar: A case related to Corona warrior has emerged from Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. Corona warriors working among Corona patients in the city are not safe. Ward Boy and scavengers have been given a thin polythene suit in the name of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kit. There is no face mask and shoe-cover and hood in it. Apart from this, even after pleading with the Dean and Superintendent of the Medical College, even the N-95 masks are not provided to them. Corona warriors are forced to go to the Corona ward wearing polythene on the head.
The sanitation workers working in the Bundelkhand Medical College (BMC) reached the Dean's office on Friday. In this regard, he told Dean Dr RS Verma that he cleans the wards of infected patients several times a day, keeps on giving food and water. Cleans the bed and all the dirt around the infected patients. We have been given a bodysuit like raincoat in the name of PPE kit.
