Bresnan received death threats for not allowing Tendulkar to score 100th century

England fast bowler Tim Bresnan has made a big disclosure about dismissing Sachin Tendulkar. According to Bresnan, he and Australian umpire Rod Tucker received death threat if they were dismissed in the 2011 Oval Test before scoring their 100th Test century. Bresnan had said oval in the fourth innings of a Test, Tendulkar was batting on 91 runs, the umpire Tucker on his ball Tendulkar lbw agreement.

'I got threatened to die': Tim said, "It was only after this incident that the threat to kill both of us (Bresnan and Tucker) began. When I received a threat on Twitter, umpire Tucker received threatening letters at his home address. Threatened to kill, he wrote that how did you give out to Sachin? The ball was going out of the leg side.

Umpire Tucker had to be accompanied by personal security personnel: According to Tim Bresnan , Tucker had to increase his security by being terrified of these threats. He said, "After a few months he met me and started saying that, I have to keep security personnel." The police used to be stationed near his house in Australia.

Sachin scored 100th century in 2012 Asia Cup: Sachin completed 99th international century against South Africa in the 2011 WC league match. However, he had to wait a full year to score the 100th century. In the Asia cup of 2012, he completed this century by scoring a century against Bangladesh. Then he had scored 114 runs. Sachin is the only cricketer to score 100 international centuries. He has 15921 runs in Tests and 18426 runs in ODIs. In the Test, he has scored 51 and 49 centuries in ODIs.
