According to the outlet, the new package will restrict the flow of battlefield supplies, including aviation parts, to Minsk. the list of prohibited items will be similar to the sanctions previously imposed by Brussels on Moscow due to the conflict in Ukraine. According to the diplomats, the package aims to stifle the allegedly illegal supply of military parts to Russia via Belarus. They pointed out that the new sanctions are seen as a first step toward a larger EU agreement to restrain Minsk.
