Face Packs for that Oily, Acne-Prone Skin

If you suffer from oily, acne-prone skin, then here are some natural homemade face packs that can help.

1. Multani Mutti – Multani Mutti is easily available in general stores and is a great option for oily skin.

Lemon Juice

Method

Make a paste of the three ingredients – multani mutti, rose water and lemon juice. Apply on the face and keep for a while. Wash off with lukewarm water.

2. Besan-Curd Face Pack

Method

Mix the beasan and curd. Apply and let it dry. Dampen it and scrub your skin in circular motion . Wash off

3. Mint-Honey Face Pack

Ingredients

Mint leaves (ground)

Honey

Method

Mix the ground mint leaves and honey. Let it dry Wash off

4. Lemon-Honey Face Pack

Ingredients

Lemon juice

Honey

Rose water if needed

Method

After washing apply lemon juice on your face (if your skin is too sensitive then dilute the lemon juice with rose water) After 15 minutes apply honey on your face. Leave the honey on your skin for however long you want to.

5. Cucumber Face Pack

Ingredients

Cucumber pulp and juice

Method

Grate the cucumber and strain the juice. Keep the pulp in the fridge. Use the cold juice to moisten your face. You can also use cucumber slices on your eyes.

6. Neem Face Pack

Ingredients

Fresh Neem leaves

1 tsp rose water

Method

Crush the neem leaves, add rose water to make a paste. Apply to face. Leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

7. Honey Face Mask

Ingredients

Pure organic honey

Method

Take the honey and apply all over your face. Leave for 15 minutes. Wash off.
