FC Goa played out a draw against in Chennaiyin FC at the GMC Stadium in Bambolim in the ISL on Saturday the Indian Super League (ISL). FC Goa coach Juan Ferrando said that his team needs to improve and not make individual errors at this crucial junction in the league. During the post match conference, Ferrando said, "The team is working for 90 minutes. When you have chances at the end, there is pressure and there is space, it is normal. I am thinking of three points all the time. There were two individual mistakes (tonight). We need to improve a bit. Sometimes these mistakes happen. We have to have control of time and space." On the other hand, Chennaiyin FC coach Csaba Laszlo said that his team lacked aggression and as a result, two crucial points were missed out. He said that "I have never had this kind of a running (series of results) in my career. We lost two points again. I am also angry. I told the players who came in to be aggressive and I missed a little bit of aggression in the game. The goal at the end was also an easy goal." Currently, Chennaiyin FC is at the eighth position in the ISL standings with 18 points from 18 matches. The team will next lock horns with NorthEast United on Thursday. On the other hand FC Goa is currently at the third spot in ISL standings with 24 points from 17 matches. The side will next face Odisha FC on Wednesday.
