Ingredients: 4 tbsp oil, 3 tsp garlic, 130 g onion, 75 ml yogurt, 1 tbsp maida, 2 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili, 1/2 garam masala, 1 salt, 250 grams of paneer, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 tablespoons dried fenugreek leaves, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 100 ml water For the sauce: 1 tablespoon ghee, 1 tsp garlic Method:- 1-Firstly put oil in a pan and add garlic paste and fry it lightly. Add onion to it and fry it till it becomes light pink. 2-Now put curd and maida in a bowl and mix it well. After that put it in the pan. Add coriander powder, red chili, turmeric, garam masala, and salt and mix it well. 3- After this, add water to it and add it and let it cook. 4-Now add cheese, cream, dry fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, honey, and mix it well. 5-Now add 10 ml of water and cook till it thickens. When the water becomes thick, take it out on a plate. 6-Put 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and fry the garlic lightly in it. 7-Now put this sauce on top of the paneer.
