This explanation has been given by the government, dismissing rumors related to the reduction of pension up to 20 percent due to Kovid-19. In fact, a user on Twitter had asked that he had seen a circular allegedly issued by the central government on social media and TV channels, which said that the pension was cut by 20 percent. The Finance Ministry, while replying to this tweet, clarified that this is false news and that there will be no difference on the pension and salary paid by the government. On this matter, the Finance Ministry has tweeted and said, "There are reports that the Central Government plans to cut the pension by 20 percent." This news is fake. There is no plan to cut pension disbursements. It is clarified that due to the guidelines related to cash management of the government, salary and pension will not be affected.
