Fire breaks out in Delhi AIIMS, 10 fire dept vehicles on resque operation

New Delhi: A fire broke out at the country's most prestigious hospital AIIMS in Delhi, the country's capital. The fire broke out on the ninth floor of the convergence block of AIIMS. Which is being controlled. The convergence block contains most labs and check sections etc.

It is a diagnostic building with diagnostic labs of various functions, including an in-built auditorium. The reason behind the fire incident is not yet clear. The good thing is that it has not reported any person's life, burns or injuries. However, the extent of damage to the rest of the luggage is yet to be ascertained. A video of the same has also been shared on social media.

Delhi Fire Service Director Atul Garg said that 20 fire brigade vehicles have reached the spot immediately. Efforts are being made to control the fire in the hospital. According to the new update found, the fire has been brought under control.
