Self-motivation can take you to places where comfort cannot. After all, the comfort zone is the death zone. To excel in life, one must get out of the comfort zone and embrace life's challenges. All those who have reached the apex of their career know how it is to start from the bottom. Deepanshu Mishra is a primary example of it, and he has established his identity as one of the most profound names in the fitness industry. Beginning his career as a personal trainer at 17, Deepanshu became a certified nutritionist aiming to promote sustainability among everyone. While growing up, the fitness trainer was bullied by everyone in school. Little did anyone think that he would go on to shut naysayers with his dedication to fitness. As much as fitness is of crucial importance for him, Deepanshu pays extra attention to yoga and meditation. He feels that a healthy body is a secondary option. "Having a healthy mindset is primarily important. What you think is what you eventually become. Therefore, cultivate good thoughts and ensure to keep yourself energized with positivity in life", he revealed. Besides promoting fitness, Deepanshu Mishra pays equal attention to following a healthy diet. For him, nutrition has been a crucial aspect of healthy living. It is a known fact that merely working out in the gym won't help anyone achieve the perfect body. A healthy lifestyle has always been an amalgamation of better nutrition and regular workout regimes. The hobby that was followed by the 17-year old rookie has now turned out to be a passion for him. Taking his entrepreneurial pursuits ahead, Deepanshu Mishra is all set to launch his fitness apparel brand later named 'UNTRAIN' in June this year. He said, "I am excited to bring the brand to light, and I cannot wait to show what we have to offer to the audience", he added. On a concluding note, the fitness trainer and entrepreneur gave a piece of advice to all the youngsters. Deepanshu has always believed in not limiting his goals. He suggests that people should not get bound by anyone's opinion, and rather live a life of their dreams.
