Necessary ingredients:

Beetroot leaves - ½ kg Chana dal - 1 cup washed and soaked Urad Dal - 2 tablespoons Gram flour or maize flour - half cup Oil - as per need Salt-wise Green chili - 2 finely chopped Cayenne - as required Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation: First of all, wash and soak the gram lentils for 1 hour. As well as urad dal. After that blanch the beetroot leaves a little and keep them thickly cut and keep them first, now you mix all the spices and gram flour in it. Also, add 1 spoon of refined or olive oil and mix the whole ingredients and keep it. Cover all of these and keep them aside for 15 minutes. Now take a pan and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it. Now take the mixture in small portions and make it in the shape of a dough, press it into the shape of a small kebab. You let it be on medium heat. Now invert it to cook the other part. cook until it turns brown. Remember to cook on medium heat only. Now when both the sides turn light brown, then it is ready to be served. You can make it comfortably in your deep for three to four people.
