Sangam Dairy Chairman and former Ponnur TDP MLA Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar problems are seen to goes high. He was arrested by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials. Let us share here that he was arrested in Chintalapudi, Ponnur mandal in Guntur district from his residence on Friday. Dhulipalla Narendra who is currently the chairman of Sangam Dairy has been accused of financial irregularities following which a probe was initiated by the ACB. For your information let us share that a case has been registered under IPC Sections 408, 409, 418, 420, 465, 471 and 120B against him. ACB officials have brought him to the Gollapudi ACB office are questioning him over the alleged irregularities in the Sangam Dairy financial records. He was later shifted to Vijayawada in a special vehicle. The ACB is then expected to produce him before the ACB court shortly. Notices were issued under section 50 (2) of the CRPC to Narendra wife. Narendra Kumar has been the Sangam Board chairman since 2010.
