Ayam enterprises have given Rs 16lakh for the unit but received only the unit worth Rs 13 lakh. The FIR registered reads, "We paid Rs 30 lakh to Ringing Bells through RTGS on different occasions. But it delivered us a product worth Rs 13 lakh only.
