Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus price drops this festive season

The Festive Season, all the smartphone companies have started bringing various offers to entice their customers. South Korean technology company Samsung has also cut prices of its flagship smartphone Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus by Rs.4000. 

According to the company, customers of HDFC Bank will get a cashback of Rs 4000 on the purchase of this phone. Not only this, on the purchase of Galaxy S8 Plus's 128 GB variant, HDFC cardholders will get an additional cashback of Rs.4000.

More than 2.5 lakh people have registered in the recent for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in India while 1.5 million people have registered for Galaxy Note 8 on Amazon, and for Note 8, 72,000 people have registered. About 100,000 people have also booked their phones on the Samsung India website. 

Amazon has just started the pre-order of Note 8 on Monday, which will be supplied from September 21. According to Market Research firm GFK, Samsung is at the top in India with 43% market share in the smartphone segment. 

Like the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8 Plus, Note 8 also has 'Infinite Displays', whose aspect ratio is 18:5:9. The screen has a 6.3-inch size super AMOLED screen whose resolution is 1440x2960. It is Samsung's first smartphone, which has a dual camera setup, which comes with optical image stabilization.
