Delhi: At Rastrapathi Bhawan On Monday, President Pranab Mukherjee conferred Padma awards on 56 eminent personalities, including Dhirubhai Ambani ,Anupam Kher,Ajay Devgan and former Comptroller and Auditor General of India Vinod Rai,and also to the Saina Nehwal, Indian badminton star.
