Trial of Corona's most effective drug started in India

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has started the third clinical trial of an anti-viral drug in India. It is considered potentially helpful in treating coronavirus disease. Glenmark has started this test after approval from the country's drug regulator in April.

Regarding the matter, Mumbai-based Glenmark said that a filing in the BSE cleared it and made it the first pharmaceutical company in India. The company has been approved by the Drug Controller General of India to start testing on Kovid-19 patients.

For your information, let us tell you that the anti-viral drug is made under the name made by a subsidiary of Fujifilm Holdings Corporation of Japan. It has been approved for use as an anti-flu drug in the year 2014.
