Gold reaches 56 thousand record level, silver also surges

New Delhi: Today, gold has reached the level of 56000, also demolishing its previous record. Silver has also crossed the historical level of Rs 76000 per kg. On Friday, gold opened up by Rs 340 to Rs 56254 per 10 grams on bullion markets across the country. At the same time, taking a huge increase of Rs 2391 per kg, silver has reached Rs 76008. That is, silver is now just a few blocks away from breaking its 9 year old record.

It is worth mentioning that the price of silver in the spot market reached Rs 77,000 per kg in 2011. Earlier on Friday, gold futures once again set a new all-time high record at the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Gold opened at Rs 55506 per ten grams in the morning. However, it soon rose to Rs 56191 per ten grams with a strength of Rs 685. This is the new all-time high level of gold.

However, this strength could not last long and then broke down and fell below the level of 56 thousand. It is trading at Rs 55750 per 10 grams with a fall of Rs 95 at around 10 am. Gold had closed at Rs 55,845 per 10 grams on Thursday. This is the October delivery price.
