New Delhi: Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has made a statement on the issue of farmers. He said that since the beginning of the monsoon session of Parliament, the Government of India has been saying that we are ready to discuss any subject related to agriculture in detail. He said the demand for a discussion on agriculture was accepted in the Upper House today. As soon as the discussion began, Congress, the AAP, and the TMC adopted an undemocratic attitude. Narendra Singh Tomar said Congress is not able to tolerate the fact that farmers are prospering with the policies of the new government. The attitude of the Congress and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) during the discussion in the Upper House has dealt a major blow to democracy and proves that there is nothing black in the new agricultural laws. Black can only be seen in the clothes of opposition leaders. The current monsoon session of Parliament has been stormy since its inception. The opposition Pegasus is adamant about discussing the issue of agricultural ears. Even today, Tuesday, the Opposition raised a hue and cry in the Rajya Sabha over the issue of farmers. The Rajya Sabha was disrupted several times and was finally adjourned till Wednesday.
