Bengaluru: The World Health Organization warned of a rapid spread of corona infection in July-August. However, since then, during the lockdown from March, the state government had enough time to prepare, but the state government ignored it. As a result, we are suffering today. The work which was to be done earlier is now being done after the situation is uncontrolled. This is said by Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah. On Tuesday while visiting the Corona Care Center set up at the Bangalore International Exhibition Center, he said that the sleep of the state government is still broken. The work which was to be done in April-May is being done in the month of July. He further said that it is being claimed to be India's largest Covid medical center but till now there is no necessary treatment structure. There is no clarity about the appointment of different staff including doctors, staff nurses for such a big center. It is also being told that registration will be started in this center from Friday. The plan of toilets in this center is not correct. Senior people will have a lot of problems due to the toilet being far away. He further said that despite all the claims of the state government, the patients have not stopped traveling from one hospital to another. Even today, the patient-vehicle has to wait for a long time to reach the center.
