Results of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation election to declare tomorrow

Hyderabad: The results of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation election (GMCH) in which the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has worked hard, are going to declare tomorrow. The elections may be held by the Municipal Corporation, but the aggression with which the BJP has staked a claim here, the entire nation's eyes will be on it. 150 seats were voted here on December 1.

For the first time, BJP has given so much importance to any municipal corporation election in the country. For the election campaign, the party laid down its entire army except PM Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. BJP national president JP Nadda, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had reached Hyderabad for campaigning. BJP had also given the responsibility of campaigning to leaders like Smriti Irani, Prakash Javadekar, Tejashwi Surya, Devendra Fadnavis. The election became interesting with the BJP campaigning with veterans.

Voting was held on December 1 for a total of 150 civic body seats of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and results will be out on December 4. In the last election, BJP won just four seats and Owaisi's party AIMIM won 44 seats. The BJP appointed Bihar in-charge Bhupendra Yadav as the in-charge of the Hyderabad civic elections. The BJP wants to contest AIMIM in its house to increase its base here.
