Greater noida administration released order to give paid leave to corona patients

Noida: In Noida and Greater Noida the administration has issued orders for the protection of salary and leave rights of workers and workers affected by the Coronavirus. In an order issued on Saturday night, the Gautam Budh Nagar district administration has said that the employers have been ordered to keep aside the coronavirus affected workers and pay 28 days salary during isolation. During this time he will be considered on leave including salary.

In the order issued under the National Disaster Management Act, the administration has said that shops, establishments and factories affected by the order of lock-downs across the country for the prevention of corona infection will have to give their workers / employees holiday including salary for this period. Violators may face jail and fine or both under the aforesaid act. This order has been given at a time when there are reports of migration of thousands of migrant workers from these areas.

Gautam Budh Nagar DM BN Singh said that the Yogi government of UP has declared the coronavirus epidemic a disaster and has banned movement so that the infection of this virus can be prevented. Singh further said that the order has been issued under the rights conferred under the National Disaster Management Act 2005 and legal action will be taken against those who violate it.
