Hair care during monsoons

After the scorching heat of the summers, monsoons feel like utter bliss.

But with the monsoon, comes humidity, which eventually leads to various bacterial and fungal infections.

Hence monsoons possess great threat to majorly to our hair and skin.

We bring to you some of the easiest ways, you can add to your daily regime.

Monsoons lead to excessive oil secretion by the skin glands. It could damage your hair, majorly at the roots. In order to remove that excess oil, you must try to wash your hair daily, if possible. Since bacterial and fungal infections are quite common during monsoons. You are suggested to use an anti-bacterial and an anti-fungal shampoo. It is quite common to get wet in the rain. No matter how hard you try, rain catches you at least once. Since rainwater is dirty and acidic, do not forget to apply a leave-on product on your hair.

It would provide a thin coat to hair and would hence protect them from any further damage.

Never tie your hair, when it is wet. It leads to a lot of problems like a bad odour, hair breakage, etc. Avoid rubbing a towel through your hair, when it is wet. Rather dap it with a clean cotton towel, to soak excess water.
