Happy Birthday, Manoj Tiwari: Journey from being actor to politician

Bhojpuri films superstar and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Manoj Tiwari are celebrating his 50th birthday today. On this day, Manoj Tiwari was born in Kaimur district of Bihar in 1971. He is currently a member of the 16th Lok Sabha. Manoj Tiwari may be fully engaged in politics today, but he has tried his hand in the field of singing, and cricket. While he is a big fan of cricket. Manoj has also played cricket on behalf of Banaras Hindu University.

Manoj Tiwari had also contested against the Bharatiya Janata Party before joining the Bharatiya Janata Party. He took part in the 15th Lok Sabha election as a Samajwadi Party candidate but lost the election to Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate and presently Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Manoj was also associated with the anti-corruption campaign of social worker Anna Hazare, while in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections he contested and won the BJP ticket.

Manoj Tiwari is a big name in the Bhojpuri film industry just like politics. Not only is he an expert in acting but also in singing. He has given more than one hit films and has given his voice to many famous songs. His famous films include Sasura Bada Paisa Wala, Daroga Babu I Love You, Bandhan Tutte Na, Kab Aibu Anganwa Hamar, Ai Bhauji's Sister, etc. While he has also appeared in television's famous rightful Bigg Boss.
