90's popular actress Shilpa Shirodkar is celebrating her 51st birthday today. She made a lot of headlines from the 1990 film Kishan Kanhaiya, in which she made everyone crazy with her bold look. Now Shilpa is far from films, but she is still seen in TV serials. Shilpa made her Bollywood debut in 1989 with the film 'Bhrashtachar' and in this film, she played the role of a blind girl Gopi which was fantastic but the film could not be a hit. Shilpa got popularity from the film 'Krishna Kanhaiya' in which she appeared in a bold avatar and after that, she worked in films like 'Hum', 'Khuda Gawaah', 'Aankhen Aur Pehchan', 'Gopi Kishan', 'Bewafa Sanam'. After getting away from films, Shilpa married UK-based banker Aparesh Ranjith in 2000 and after marriage, she moved to London. After that, in 2003, she gave birth to daughter Anushka and in 2010, she acted in the film 'Gunpowder: The Fire', but the film flopped and nobody liked her either. After that Shilpa worked in TV serials and she appeared in Sanchi's mother Jaya Mishra in Colors TV show 'Savitri Devi College and Hospital'. She did the most films with Mithun Chakraborty. She collaborated with Mithun in films like 'Bhrashtachar', 'Hitler', 'Rangbaz', 'Apne Dum Par', 'Jeevan Ki Shatranj', 'Swarg Yaha Nark Yaha', 'Trinetra' and 'Paap Ki Kamai', which have been hit films.
