Harley's 338 cc affordable bikes will give a tough fight to Royal Enfield

Already, Harley-Davidson has announced that it is going to develop its small-capacity motorcycle earlier this year and the American bike manufacturer has officially released a release in which they have introduced their smaller motorcycles. Harley has joined hands with China-based company Qianjang Motorcycles and is working with it to build a 338 cc-led motorcycle. The manufacturing of bikes is taking place in China and it is one of the world's largest markets for the auto sector. The bike will be exported from China to many countries, including India. Harley has released render photos of its 338cc motorcycle, which is looking quite aggressive street-cornered bikes. Let us know the full details

Harley-Davidson 338 cc Necade is being developed by U.S.-based manufacturer and Qianjang. Its styling resembles a street-fighter and a scrambler. This is the first time the company has used new and old designs. The bike will be based on a trealis frame and features a digital readout with liquid-cooled, parallel-twin motor, telescopic front forks, dual disc brakes and an analog instrument console.

The new Harley 338 cc motorcycle could be launched in China by the end of 2020. It will then be launched in another market from 2021. This is also when we expect the company's Haryana-based facility to be assembled locally with the launch of India. With this small Harley bike, the company will hit hard at the 350cc cruiser at Royal Enfield and Bajaj-Triumph Alliance in the market. If the bike is launched in India, it could cost an estimated Rs 3.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
