Earlier in the day, Sushil Gupta, AAP's state unit chief, mentioned that if an agreement wasn't reached by the evening, the party would proceed to announce candidates for all 90 constituencies.

Alliance Negotiations with Congress

Discussions between Congress and AAP have reached an impasse, mainly over seat-sharing arrangements. AAP is seeking to contest 10 seats, while Congress has proposed five. Gupta expressed that if a resolution is not reached soon, AAP will finalize its candidates for all constituencies.

Sanjay Singh, a senior leader in AAP, confirmed that the candidate selection process is complete. The final approval from Arvind Kejriwal, the national convenor of the party, will determine their participation in the elections.
