Chandigarh: There is an alliance between Jan Nayak Janata Party (JAJPA) and BSP for the proposed assembly elections in Haryana. In Haryana, the JP will field its candidates in 50 out of 90 assembly seats. On the other hand, Mayawati-headed BSP will field its candidates in 40 seats. J.P. leader Dushyant Chautala and BSP leader Satish Chandra Mishra were present at the joint press conference held at the Constituency Club in Delhi. After forming an alliance for the Haryana Assembly elections, a joint rally of both the parties will also be held on 25th of this month to mark the birth anniversary of Chaudhary Devi Lal. Earlier on August 5, Dushyant Chautala released a video message of 2 minutes 14 seconds supporting the Centre's decision to remove Section 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. In the video, Dushyant, the leader of the JAJP and a former Hisar MP, said the JJP supports the Modi government's move on Kashmir. He had said in his statement that the central government should take a strong decision on Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and we are fully with the Central Government in maintaining the integrity of the country. Chautala said, "Continuous advisory is being issued within Jammu and Kashmir. Our party is with the central government," he said.
